  • Setting Up a Top Rope: How to safely set up a rope for yourself.

  • Cleaning: The correct procedure for retrieving your gear from a route.

  • Safe Abseiling: How to abseil with a 'prussik' backup.

  • Crag Etiquette & Guidebooks: How to be a responsible outdoor climber.
