Additional Info & Prerequisites
Who is this course for? This workshop is perfect for indoor climbers who have mastered the basics of safety but want to improve their technique.
Prerequisites: You must be a competent top-rope climber (able to tie in and belay safely without supervision).
Grade: You should be climbing roughly F5 to F6a. (If you climb harder than F6c, please book a 1:1 Performance Coaching session instead).
What we cover:
The Fundamentals of Flow: How to climb with "Quiet Feet" and straight arms.
Body Positioning: Mastering the "Drop Knee," "Flag," and "Twist."
Route Reading: Planning your sequence from the ground.
Resting Tactics: How to find a rest and lower your heart rate mid-climb.
Video Feedback: Our coaches use video playback to show you exactly where your movement can improve.
What do I need to bring?
Harness & Belay Device: You must have your own harness and a belay device (ATC/GriGri).
Climbing Shoes: Essential!
Entry Fee: Entry to the centre is not included. Please pay your entry or scan your membership card at reception.

Includes: 3 hours of expert coaching (max 1:6 ratio).
