Additional Info (The Syllabus)
Who is this for? This course is perfect for indoor boulderers who are climbing around V1 - V3 (Font 5 - 6a) and want to push to the next level.
Prerequisites: You should be able to climb a V1/V2 comfortably.
The 4-Week Curriculum:
Week 1: The Foundation (Balance & Precision)
Focus: "Silent Feet," finding your centre of gravity, and trusting your rubber.
Week 2: Efficiency (Energy Conservation)
Focus: Straight arms, twisting (drop knees), and using your skeleton instead of your muscles.
Week 3: Power & Dynamics (Momentum)
Focus: How to generate force from your hips, "deadpointing," and controlling dynamic catches.
Week 4: Tactics & Projecting (The Mental Game)
Focus: Route reading from the floor, visualization, and strategies for sending your limit project.
What do I need to bring?
Climbing shoes (essential).
Chalk bag.
Comfortable gym clothes.
Note: Entry to The Hangar is NOT included in the course price.
