How to "Project" a Route: Learn the most effective way to break down a route that's at your limit, work the moves, and build a sequence for success.
"Red-Point" Tactics: Master the art of linking a hard route from bottom to top, including rest strategies and how to prepare for the final send.
Advanced Falling Practice: This is key. We'll work on committing to the "crux" move, understanding fall dynamics, and taking falls safely to build your mental confidence.
Video Analysis: I'll use video playback to help you identify and correct your personal movement patterns and inefficiencies.
The Mental Game: We'll cover tactics for managing fear of failure, performance anxiety, and frustration.
